Key Assignments:

Post-Processing
  • Automation is implemented using a *.py file/TCL Script.
  • HyperViewer is used as the standard post-processing tool for this project.
  • Standard images with predefined views and contours have been set up.
  • Any change in the result file will automatically generate all the required result images for report preparation.
MS Office
  • A custom toolbar created to ensure consistency across all simulation reports.
  • The toolbar automatically adjusts images to standard dimensions.
  • Standardized formatting and sizing of all images and text are maintained.
  • Excel macros used for FEA Nodal/Elemental result extraction
Co-simulation Workflow
  • A collaborative process integrating Abaqus and FEMFAT.
  • Results produced in Abaqus are automatically extracted and transferred to FEMFAT.
  • The FEMFAT input deck is updated, and the simulation runs according to predefined parameters and workflow.
